1. Shipping Policy

• We ship via standard carriers to the address provided at checkout.

2. Returns & Refunds

• 30-Day Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unopened, and unaltered condition (including all tags, boxes, and accessories).

• Refunds: Once the item is inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Collectibles Notice

• For high-value items like Pokémon Trading Cards, returns are only accepted if the tamper-evident seal is intact.

• Items described as "Vintage" or "Used" are sold as-photographed; please review all listings carefully before purchase.
